Join us for a day of recapping the FY1 essentials to put your mind at ease and help you thrive at the start of FY1.​​ This classroom-based teaching day will be delivered by junior doctors with several years of medical education experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Essential Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Pre-work: Routine antenatal care and partograms.
Course-content: Hypertension and Diabetes in pregnancy, Obstetric Emergencies, SGA and twin pregnancies, CTG interpretation, Endometriosis, PCOS, Miscarriage and Ectopic Pregnancy and Gynaecology Oncology.
Post-work: PPROM, Preterm Labour and Subfertility.
Returning December 2024
Essential Paediatrics
Pre-work: Developmental Milestones, Genetic Testing, Chromosomal Conditions & Safeguarding.
Course content: Paediatric Cardiology, The Acutely Unwell Child and Fluid Prescribing, Neonatology, The Child with Abdominal Pain, The Breathless Child and the Limping Child.
Post-work: more Paediatric Cardiology, Cardiology Quiz and more Child with Abdominal Pain.
